Roll of the Die

This is a submission for the GMTK Game Jam 2022.

Roll of the Die is a wave shooter where you have to roll a die to place towers to defend yourself. You play as Dicey, a magical die that has the ability to use each of his sides to summon a selection of towers. Unfortunately, Dicey has not yet mastered this ability, and it depends on a Roll of the Dice to summon. Even more unfortunately, the Empire of Cents has sentenced Dicey to death by change to keep the population from getting dicey with magicians. If Dicey survives long enough, perhaps the people will feel strong enough to revolt...

TOWERS:

Turret - Full auto gun

Rocket Turret - Slower turret that deals explosive damage

Bomb - Blows up a few seconds after placing

Health pack - Heals Dicey to 100%

Health Turret - Heals Dicey as long as it lives

Tower Repair Pack - Repairs a random tower

TURN DOWN YOUR VOLUME WHEN PLAYING THIS GAME!

It can get a little loud!

NOTE: The universal version requires java to run, but the windows version does not.
